2. Booking and Appointments
- Appointments for services can be made in person, via telephone, or through our online platform if available.
- We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling.
- Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

- Please remove all valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle prior to service. Gleam Harbour is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left inside the vehicle.
